Straw burning biomass energy plant gets go ahead in Lincolnshire


This is Scunthorpe reported last week that a straw burning biomass energy plant has just been given the planning green light.

Objections from residents over access and pollution seem to have been addressed sufficiently.

The site will cost £83 million and provide 50 jobs once completed.
