A plan to install solar panels on 5 Oxford City Council buildings will go ahead, despite the project not breaking even for 15 years.
The £665,000 installation will cut costs, and attract Government tariffs which will see the Council make £1.9 million over the 25 year tariff lifespan. This includes energy savings.
